Welcome to the Pork Interpretive Gallery or PIG.
The PIG provides a one of a kind opportunity to learn more about Agriculture and pork production by providing a “Living Classroom”. The goal of the Pork Interpretive Gallery is to inform and educate kids and adults alike, with the goal of providing a better understanding of how pigs are raised. Through the use of interactive displays and science-based exhibits the Pork Interpretive Gallery will be a tour you won’t soon forget.
Due to the current difficult economic condition within the pork industry, operations at PSC Elstow Research Farm have been suspended. As a result tours are currently not avilable at the Pork Interpretive Gallery.
