Presented by the Saskatchewan pork industry and hosted at PSC Elstow Research farm, this not-for-profit gallery focuses on presenting an inside view of modern pork production. See inside the barn and learn about the science, technology and social economics of pork production.
- Who Can Visit the Gallery?:
- Everyone is invited to see!
- Focused on Grade 4-10 we address science and social studies cirriculum, high school agriculture sciences and biology curriculum. We have something for all ages!
- What Do we Have to Offer?:
- An educational interpretive gallery with interactive displays
- The gallery is built above a 600 sow farrow-to-finish barn housing a total of 6200 pigs
- Guided tours by knowledgeable staff (maximum 15 students/guide)
- 12 X 12’ viewing windows to observe all areas of the barn
- 6200 pigs
- 5000 sq. ft. science-based centre

Swine Centre:-
The Pork Interpretive Gallery is housed above in the attic of PSC Elstow Research Farm. PSC is a non-profit research corporation affiliated with the University of Saskatchewan. PCS maintains world-class programs in research, technology transfer and graduate education directed at efficient sustainable pork production.
Sask
Pork:- Sask Pork, the representative organization of Saskatchewan pork producers develops programming around industry communications, product promotion, and industry development. On behalf of producers, Sask Pork uses check-off funds to develop public policy, fund critical swine research and to ensure the sustainability of the port industry within a diverse provincial agricultural economy.
