Do You Eat Like a Pig?
If you do eat like a pig, you must be eating a healthy diet. Pig diets contain many grains and other ingredients, formulated to provide specific amounts of more than 70 nutrients! Energy, amino acids, vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids are all part of a balanced diet.
Who is part of the quality team? Everyone who handles grain or other feed ingredients contributes. The feed we make eventually becomes pork — quality and safety are important.
Junior Hogg says…
“Pigs eat a lot of grain. My dad buys grain from our neighbours. Can you imagine over 55 boxcars of grain?”
